The always proficient Maltthrower. The classics are back in fashion with this complex malt loaded IPA. Toasted, crystal, biscuit, rye, oat, and wheat malt with Amarillo, Simcoe and NZ Cascade; a layered, unctuous, seductive red.

So tell me my man, are you nervous in the triple dry hopping technique? More hops is always more. More cold whirlpool, more day zero, more high krausen, more TDH, more advanced hop products.

Negative, I am a yeast popsicle often overlooked, yeast brings an intriguing element to big beers. This Super Saison was fermented crazy warm with Belgo Saison Yeast and DDH'd with Citra and YCH1113.

Me fifth element-supreme branding. Me protect you. In our first week of opening we came across fellow parentheses enthusiasts Bracket. What could have been brand suicide, ended up as fast friends and a whole lot of brand confusion along the way.
