Damages / Issues / Products Missing from Order
For these matters, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange a speedy dispatch, replacements, exchange or refund. 

In the event an incorrect item has been sent, and we are accepting an exchange, this can only given if the item is unused with all packaging still intact. Items opened and out of original packaging can not be refunded.

Exchanges / Returns
If the order has been dispatched or fulfilled, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for Change of Mind. 

In the event we have sold through on one or more items from a Subscription Box we reserve the right to replace that item with one of equal or higher value. You will be contacted via email if this is the case.
