A Mexican spirit distilled from agave! All Tequila (made specifically from the Blue Webber agave variety) is a type of Mezcal, but Mezcal covers much more. To be labelled Mezcal, it must be an agave spirits made in one of 10 different Mexico states, as well as with a wide range of agave varieties.

Espadin // Agave Variety. The most commonly used agave variety.
Wild Agave // Resistent to cultivation. Common varieties: cuish, cupreata, madrecuixe, tobala, mexicano, tepeztate & many more.
Ensamble // A blend of agave varieties are used. Similar to a blended vs single malt Scotch.
Joven // "Young" Age statement. Clear & un-aged, no time spent on oak.
Reposado // "Rested" Aged statement. Aged on oak for between 2 months - 1 year.
Anejo // Age statement. Aged for 3 years or more.
