Amaro
Amaro, meaning "bitter" in Italian, is a bittersweet herbaceous liqueur. Usually brandy-based, these liqueurs are infused with herbs, spices, bark, roots and other botanicals before being sweetend and aged in bottle or cask. Amaro adds complexity to many popular cocktails as well as being an enjoyable digestif sipper.
