Wine Magnums
Magnums are not just 'double the wine' - there's many more reasons you should have a couple of these large formats in your cellar...
Its party friendly // A magnum holds 1.5L of wine, which is about 10 glasses. For a dinner party of four, that's a very reasonable 2.5 glasses per person. Or share the love around and pour a glass for you and nine mates. Either way, your guests will not go thirsty.
It ages better // Double the wine, but the same cork size and oxygen contact, means the wine ages at a slower rate and allows more time to develop greater complexity. If you're looking to cellar it for a long time, maybe for an anniversary or birthday, a magnum is a great choice.
