PAYMENT

Carwyn Cellars accepts Credit Card payments through our online store. We cannot accept cash or bank transfers for online orders.

DAMAGE TO GOODS

In the unlikely event one or multiple items in your shipment are broken upon arrival please let us know immediately. We deal with these issues on a case by case basis, but prefer photo evidence of the broken goods OR the return of the entire package for replacement. We will cover standard return shipping costs in the event of a replacement. We can offer refund, or replacements, but this are determined on a case by case basis. When we can replace the exact item with another of the same, we will provide an alternative option. 

GOODS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

If an item you have purchased is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer an alternative similar item, or a refund option. Every effort is made to ensure items that are displayed on the website are available to purchase. If our supplier is unable to supply a product that has been paid for we reserve the right to refund the original amount plus any shipping you may have paid for.

REFUND / REPLACE / PRODUCTS MISSING FROM ORDER

For these matters, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange a speedy dispatch, replacements, exchange or refund. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for Change of Mind. 

In the event an incorrect item has been sent, and we are accepting an exchange, this can only given if the item is unused with all packaging still intact. Items opened and out of original packaging can not be refunded.

In the event we have sold through on one or more items from a Subscription Box we reserve the right to replace that item with one of equal or higher value. You will be contacted via email if this is the case.

RETURNING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty. Photographic proof is required where applicable.

All discrepancies with orders received must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the order. After 7 days, Carwyn Cellars Online reserves the final right to determine if orders with discrepancies will be addressed at our discretion.

COUPON CODES

Each coupon code and has different requirements and rewards. Whilst we try and keep our codes as specific as possible, our system may sometimes allow you to apply an invalid coupon. If you apply a coupon code not designed for your purchase we reserve the right to charge you the discrepancy. Only 1 discount code can be applied at checkout. Sale items can not be further discounted with codes or other special offers.

We will not ship products where incorrect free shipping or 15% off discounts have been applied.
