Sangiovese
Primarily grown in Italy - most famously in Tuscany, but plenty of other prestigious regional examples. Sangiovese produces a medium/full-bodied wine with very different flavours depending on the growing climate, ranging from red fruits like cherry, strawberry and plum through to earthy and herbal characteristics like tomato, oregano and leather.
