Frequently asked questions

Your first box generally is sent out immediately, provided you don't fall in the 'Cut Off' period (don't worry, it's not as scary as it sounds!). Once we have received your order, we aim to get your box sent out within 3 business days.

It's essentially the crossover period from when we move on from one box to the next release. We set this up so you don't get absolutely flooded with beer when first joining - although that doesn't sound like the worst issue to face!

In short, if you join the club during this Cut Off period, we'll hold your first order until the upcoming fresh new box drops!

Everyone gets their subscription either monthly, bimonthly or quarterly, depending on the product. BUT you can easily skip your next delivery or pause your subscription at any time from the Account page.

Sure, you little cutie! In the 'notes' section of the check-out you can request a gift note there. We try to hand write these when we can - so just be aware that all your weird messages get read and written by real human beings! We love a bit of a chuckle, but just keep it in mind!

From the Account page, you can easily skip or pause your subscription at any time. You can also update payment and shipping details, as well as cancelling or re-joining any active subscriptions and reviewing all past orders.

While we like to keep upcoming boxes a surprise, once it's out in the wild we publish the current box line-up!

Behold, The One You've Been Waiting For

There are beer fans, and then there are those of us who are forever on the lookout for the fabled unicorns of the beer world; who perpetually find ourselves pining over long lost beauties, sampled just once—only to have our love at first sip cut short by its rarity and the cruel, finite amount that a single bottle can hold. This pack is for the latter.

Because we share in your pain, we work very hard to hand pick some of the coolest, rarest beers we can get our hands on. Every three months, The One subscribers receive a careful selection of 12 beers deemed worthy, including limited edition craft brews, large bottles, and one particularly hard to get little nugget, which will be exclusive to this pack—not otherwise available on our shelves.

Due to the overall rarity and difficulty of obtaining many of these beers, this pack is limited to just 47 beer fanatics. This subscription cannot be paused. If you're in, you're in. We maintain a waiting list for suitors who want to find love again when slots become available, offered on a 'one in, one out' process only. How do these slots become available? Well, subscribers do have the option to cancel at any time.

THE ONE packs are sent quarterly, cost $265 and include free delivery to capital cities and most metro areas.
