Blanc de Blancs = 'white of whites' and is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes | Blanc de Noirs = 'whites of blacks' made with red grapes (Pinot Meunier & Pinot Noir) grown in Champagne.

Grand Cru = the highest classification, awarded to the best vineyards! | Premier Cru = the second-highest classification of Champagne.
