"We've taken a traditional Oat Cream and dialed up the bitterness a touch higher than usual for the style, to bring balance and drinkability to the sweetness. The usual suspects of oats, malted oats and flaked oats are all there, as well as a moderate amount of lactose to make that body rich and creamy. We threw in some Incognito Mosaic, Citra LUPO, Eclipse, Amarillo, Galaxy and Idaho7 in the boil and a subsequent DDH with all those varietals.

Aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, stone fruit and a touch of pine and resin leap out of the glass. We kept the body full, but not cloying. A good balance for the rich hop profile to shine. As it warms, more of those subtle tropical notes come out and smack you right in the smell station." - Working Title Brew Co
