"In 2021, St Walter: Pinot Noir (Kooyong) was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 457kg of beautiful handpicked, whole bunch G5V15 Pinot Noir from the Kooyong vineyard in Tuerong, VIC. After a four and a half month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature in bottle for three months before release." - Wildflower
