"The Whistling Eagle Vineyard is situated on a discreet parcel of Cambrian Earth. These ancient soils were formed five hundred million years ago starting around Heathcote and extending well past Colbinabbin. These Cambrian soils exist in two parallel strips which follow geological fault lines providing the district with its very special terroir. The Cabernet Sauvignon has a bouquet of fresh blueberries with hints of violet and cedar through out. The rich, ripe palate is bursting with plummy fruit and finishes with savoury oak and fine tannins. This wine is best served with the company of good friends." - The Whistling Eagle
