"Lovely seamless entry - intense, fine, delicate with a real sense of movement across the palate. Herbal savouriness, sweet wood notes and tart red plum beneath an air of inner florals. Very confident and affable - not pushy or pretentious. Really rather elegant.
Winemaking
The must was pumped over up to 3 times/day during peak fermentation, with a single rack and return to break up the cap and promote extraction. The free-run was gravity-drained to 30% new French oak, and matured for 10 months prior to bottling." -Wayfinder
