A combination of Pale malt, Munich, Crystal & Carafa III produce colour, body and depth, creating the appearance of a classic American style IPA. It embraces some of our favourite US hops Mosaic, Amarillo, Cashmere & Chinook. These cultivars boast a pronounced profile of candy, mango and stone fruit, finishing with distinct notes of resinous pine and a medium bitterness." - Uraidla
