Detailed viticulture and detailed winemaking have made this a bench mark Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.

A vineyard we have been working with for many years we have selected a true 'Grand Cru' vineyard site to source our Limited Chardonnay from. A north-easterly aspect and elevated site sees steady ripening of the fruit in this mature vineyard. The fruit here is famed for its tension, vibrancy and pure fruit power. This wine was hand-picked and fermented in large format French oak with native yeast. Producing a wine that is as refreshing and energetic as it is complex. A beautiful core of lemon, lime, white peach and pear fruit integrates perfectly with subtle toasty notes from the oak creating a modern bench mark Australian Chardonnay that is pure, long and utterly delicious.
