"The story of today’s Rochefort beers began in 1950 with Rochefort 6, also known as the “Trappiste”. Rochefort 6 is the lightest in the range and the ideal introduction to the rest of the Rochefort family.
It is an amber beer, with a delicate white head. It is best served between 12 and 14°C and is smooth and fruity, with a subtle blend of cereal and caramel.
