Among the first 3 whiskies independently bottled by Thornbury Spirits Co., this is a single cask expression of some of the oldest Sullivans Cove whisky around. HH0363 was distilled in 2000 and aged in an ex-bourbon cask for 17 years. Bottled at 62.5% ABV, it remains amazingly soft and approachable, carrying itself with a great deal of grace. While it certainly lacks nothing in the way of aged complexity and body, it verges on understated. This whisky is an old friend that quietly understands you.
