Tasting Notes: Bright lemon sherbet and fresh pine on the nose, our flagship gin elegantly balances prominent juniper with mixed citrus notes and delivers a spirit that is smooth on the palate with depth and character.

Botanical Profile: Features the usual suspects such as juniper, coriander seed, orris and angelica root along with a bunch of new age twists such as ruby grapefruit.

Production Method: Single shot, pot distilled for maximum extraction of botanical oils.
