"Fresh premium Shiraz was made in a fine, elegant style and matured in oak. Secondary fermentation has provided natural effervescence and the wine has been liqueured to give a creamy palate. 2% vintage fortified was blended in to liqueur the wine to provide complexity.
Rich chocolate and raspberry fruit with a fragrant complexity. Medium bodied with a big burst of flavour, this Sparkling Shiraz has zesty berry fruit flavours with a textured, creamy body and refreshing bubbly palate with a clean acidity.
