Small Wonder - Blanc de Noir 2021 750ml

"Immediate scent of bright berry fruit, underscored by an energetic thread of acid. Soft and fleshy, compact and neat, with a sense of generosity and impressive composure.

Our first release of Small Wonder Blanc de Noirs, the 2021 vintage was produced entirely from a single block of Pinot Noir deemed worthy of a standalone bottling. The fruit was harvested by hand and gently whole-bunch-pressed to tank. The free run portion was clarified and racked to stainless steel, then inoculated with a neutral yeast for fermentation. Once dry, the wine underwent full malolactic fermentation. The wine was tiraged in November 2021, and matured for a further 24 months on lees prior disgorging." -Small Wonder
