"As a homage to all backyard wine makers, including Ralph’s dad, who was making wine in his Oak Park garage when Ralph was just a boy. To resemble what was used in homemade winemaking, such as recycled beer bottles, this wine is presented in a 700ml tinted beer bottle, fatigued crown seal and with a hand stamped label tied to its neck.
Nose - Showing more tart red fruit notes (red cherry, raspberry, strawberry)
Palate - Ripe and supple-juicy with a good acid, spice and firm tannins" -Six Acres
