"This is our take on the relatively new style emerging from the States - the Cold IPA.
Using a Pilsner malt base this beer was fermented with a lager strain, but at warmer than usual temperatures to avoid any traditional lager aromas. This allows the hops to shine through.
With a mix of American and New Zealand hops it has a firm bitterness like a traditional IPA, along with the classic fruit bowl of flavours.
The finish is bright, refreshing and super crisp.
