New wave is a hazy IPA that uses old and new techniques to make this beer one juicy little number. The secret weapon is phantasm with a thiolised yeast that adds intense flavours of passionfruit and pineapple. The body has also been fortified with editions of rolled spelt that give this beer a super soft mouthfeel.

Mango razz is a smoothie style sour that blurs the line between beer and smoothie. It starts it’s life as a kettle sour beer but just before we package it we add 40% fruit puree which creates an extremely delicious beer. For this one we have added Mango, Raspberries and banana puree.

Picnic time is a pastry style stout that is fit for the quaintest of picnics. It has a super rich malt base with added editions of lactose for a creamy mouthfeel. For the icing on the cake we’ve added generous editions of peanut butter powder, cacao and caramel powder.
