Sailors Grave - Comme L'Ocean Barrel Aged Fruited Gose 750ml

"This is the barrel aged version of Commocean - blueberry, mulberry & sea fig fruited gose, double fermented with shiso leaves in a barrel. Comme L'Ocean is juicy, tart, salty and sour with a fragrant aromatic complexity from the shiso and delicious tangy fruits. We foraged and harvested sea figs (fruits of native pigface) along the coastline of Marlo and Cape Conran. Blueberry was handpicked in a local farm in Marlo. Comme L'Ocean pairs well with a variety of dish, the saltiness and tartness cutting through the richness of grilled meat and vegetables, spicy dishes and flavour-rich seafood.  We fell in love with the pairing of this beer with BBQ pork jowl at our collaboration dinner with The Long Paddock!" - Sailors Grave
