"XO Cherry Edition #1.1 is the next evolution of our first ever Experimental Kitchen XO Cherry Rum.
Made with 2018 late harvest black Tasmanian Cherries. Macerated for a year, and rested for the flavour to marry with the rum for another 18 months. Spices were chosen to enhance the natural flavour of the cherries, while also bringing depth and character to the spiced rum.
