We’ve turned the volume up loud! To deliver the “all caps” THICK HAZY IIPA for which you are here! Mixing a high protein mash with a polyphenol rich hops bill that’s pulled from all corners of the Empire, this beer is set to make your taste buds rattle.
A hop-powered chariot of Galaxy and Amarillo lead a tropical charge, and with Sabro and Kohia Nelson looming large; this flavour battle isn’t the norm, its Operation Doomsday in liquid form. Tropical fruits dominate with some pine resin leading to pina colada and citrus, all supported by a pillowy mouthfeel and a low bitterness that’s just enough to cleanse the palate. Strength and Haze.
Pour: Golden body with thick juicy haze.
Smell: Tropical fruit aromas dominate with some pine resin and berry notes interwoven through with hints of pina colada.
Taste: Tropical fruits and pine lead with retronasal leading to pina colada and citrus. Pillowy malt supports with low bitterness.
