"Emma's Block is a small, temperate, east-facing parcel on Rippon's lakefront where blue clay lenses run laterally through fine schist-gravels. Its fruit was hand harvested from mature, biodynamically grown vines, naturally fermented and cellared in barrel for two winters and then run directly into bottle without filtering or fining. Further cellaring at a coal, constant temperature and decanting is recommended." - Rippon
