Haze Has Left The Chat is a banging DDH Cali IPA, which we have absolutely soaked with Mosaic Incognito, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe and Citra. A clean and crisp Pilsner malt base is fermented with our house lager strain, keeping things light and refreshing. From there, everything about this beer revolves around sticky hop saturation. It's a complex tag team of piney and stone-fruity, with just the right amount of tropical punch. Mosaic Incognito brings through a beautiful sticky berry glaze that's capped off a lovely little Nelson kiss of dank. The Haze may have left the chat, but a 'Clear Beer Of The Year' contender has entered it." - Range
