Range - Visions II BA Imperial Pastry Stout
"Visions II was aged in ex Buffalo Trace and Cape Byron barrels for extra smoothness, then blended with sweet raspberry, savoury salted caramel and fluffy marshmallow. We then conditioned it on toasted hazelnuts and french cacao nibs. For this variant we were aiming for a slightly sweet and extremely decadent rocky road treat and boy oh boy have we got it. Big raspberry aromas punch out of the glass, with marshmallow and caramel following quickly behind on the palate. The mouthfeel is dense and rich with silky saturation of rocky road heaven. This one is pure unadulterated dessert in a glass, and we're not sorry." - Range Brewing
