"Visions I is served straight up with no adjuncts. Aged in ex whisky barrels from Cape Byron's first ever batch we get billowing amounts of rich oaky vanilla, deep salted caramel, smooth drippy molasses sprinkled with toasted macadamia, finished off with that glowing whisky char. This version is as pure as can be. We filled these barrels mere days after they were emptied and the whisky notes in this one are sublime. Beautiful notes of fresh oak, creamy vanilla, roasted chocolate chips and the smoothest of finishes.
