Range - Rituals I 2025 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Rituals I is a rich and decadent Imperial Pastry Stout, aged in Cape Byron Distilling whisky barrels, then conditioned on toasted coconut, and Tahitian vanilla beans. This is everything we'd hoped for our Barrel-Aged Ritual sibling. It can really only be described as a boozy Golden Rough on steroids. On both the palate and the nose rich and warming barrel notes come shining through, before coconut slowly develops on the senses and creeps through to a crescendo of toasted crunchy coconut. After the toasted coconut comes a chocolate and vanilla hit, before smooth and rich whisky notes take over for the finish.

Range - Rituals II 2025 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Rituals II blends Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout from Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill whisky barrels, our Morning Ritual additions of Coconut and Tahitian vanilla beans, plus we've added an extra addition of Swedish blueberries. On the nose and palate from Rituals II we're getting plenty of dark fruit and caramel with a hint of raisin on the back end from the Buffalo Trace barrels. Coconut and vanilla bring us the Ritual hit that we love before just a light note of blueberry comes through with a rich chocolate filled finish to give us a decadent fruit and nut chocolate vibe. The blueberry notes are subtle and delicately intertwined, rather than in your face or dominating. The chocolate finish makes this the perfect end of night winter sipper.

Range - Rituals III 2025 Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Rituals III blends Rum & Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout from Walrus Distilling Rum and Wild Turkey Whiskey Barrels, our Morning Ritual additions of Coconut and Vanilla, and then we've added an extra addition of Coffee from Coffee Supreme. We've soaked whole beans of Supreme's South blend to bring through notes of caramel and praline, which pair perfectly with the the coconut and vanilla additions. The barrel notes coming through bring notes of rich raisin and vanilla oak, which, when paired with the coffee and coconut provides a decadent blend of luxurious flavours that are eternally palate coating. This iteration provides an elevated level of roast, perfectly atune to what you would expect from such a beer being blended with freshly roasted coffee.

Range x Pohjala 'Baltic Noir' Imperial Pastry Stout
Baltic Noir is a brand new Imperial Pastry stout, brewed in collaboration with our new friends from Pohjala in Tallinn, Estonia. Pohjala are well known for their daring and out of the box stouts as well as their use of native ingredients to flavour their beers. For this decadent and heavy hitting stout we have used a kettle addition of lactose, a whirlpool addition of bee captured pollen, a mid fermentation addition of Australian native Orange Blossom honey from Bee One Third and finally a conditioning addition of toasted macadamias and almonds. Don't let the delicacies of this beer fool you, it is also big, brooding and bold. It's a complex mix of deep and rich notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee blended with sweet and floral notes of orange blossom honey, then finishing with a subtle toasted nuttiness. Sip slowly and allow to warm before pouring to explore the true breadth of flavours.
