Range - RE-MIXED Boost Tricks

Boost Juice + Tricks & Trips

Boost Tricks is a new creation that we've blended together for our Re-Mixed 2024 release. This beer features a blend of two of our absolute favourite hoppy beers from the year in Boost Joose (our Yakima Chief collab) and Tricks & Tips (our ultra juicy Kiwi hopped DIPA). Both of these beers hit the spot so much with you and us, that we knew they would come together for an ultimately jooooosey DIPA.

This beer features our house DIPA base from Tricks & Tips, utilising all the insane, and very new, hop products from Boost Joose, with just a sprinkling of kiwi bliss from T&T. We've bombarded it with Mosaic Hyperboost, Citra Hyperboost, Citra Cryo, Citra, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Did someone say Mango Magic? We start off with a dense and haaaaazy pour that fills the class with a mango sorbet coloured nectar with a fluffy white foam atop. Aromas and flavours are dominated by mango, with a succulent long lasting flavour that reminds us of those Bowen Mango Home Ice Cream bars we had as kids. Add in some bursts of fresh lime, passionfruit pulp and a touch of lychee and we have ourselves an all-timer to end the year on. The finish is luxurious and ultra saturating, leaving you reminiscing about summers gone by.

Range - RE-MIXED Burrito Hour

Hop Burrito + After Hours

Burrito Hour is a new creation that we've blended together for our Re-Mixed 2024 release. The beer features a blend of two insane collabs, both with our all-time hop homies from Bracket in Sydney. We loved both Hop Burrito and After Hours so much that we thought there could be nothing better than to smash them both together at high speed and see what happened.

Well, we'll tell you what happened and it's a downright explosion of hops. This triple dry-hopped Triple IPA features all of the hops we originally used in Hop Burrito, dropped into the base recipe and hopping technique from After Hours (our highest rated beer of the year). So what that means is we have a mammoth hop lineup of Citra Incognito, Nelson Sauvin HopKief, Motueka Hopkief, Cashmere, Motueka and Simcoe Cryo. The malt base is super light, giving us all that insane milky haze that you know we love. On the nose, the passionfruit nectar is almost out of control, exploding out of the glass with an intensity that will immediately let you know how hoppy this beer is about to be. Take a sip and prepare for a tidal wave of immensely tropical hop hits, featuring dense mango, tropical fruit salad, lychee syrup and the freshest orange zest of all time. The finish is thick, saturating, and lasts forever.

Range - RE-MIXED Kick it Ahead

Can I Kick it + What Lies Ahead

Kick It Ahead is a new creation that we've blended together for our Re-Mixed 2024 release. This beer features the brewing process and hopping techniques of What Lies Ahead (Future Collab) with the hop bill and water profile of Can I Kick It? (Kicks Collab). We absolutely loved both of these clear beer treats from our Postcards From Sydney series, so we thought they'd be a mix made in heaven.

The beer features an insane hop combo of Citra Incognito, Nectar, Chinook, Galaxy, Simcoe And Nelson Sauvin Amplifire. Holy hop saturation! This baby is all about hops, a slick, sticky and oily mouthfeel that straight up coats the pallet in gooey orange and nectarine, before giving way to punchy and juicy notes of peach gummies, pineapple splice, and fresh, cool and crushable white wine notes. The flavour profile is clean and lean, thanks to a lager yeast fermentation that allows the hop notes to pop with brightness. All in all this is one hell of a summer Cali IPA.

Range - RE-MIXED Tastes Like Jam

Taste Like Purple + JAM

Tastes Like Jam is a new creation that we've blended together for our Remixed 2024 release. For this beer we have blended together two of our all time favourite sours, JAM: Blueberry Blackcurrent (also known to us as OG JAM) and Tastes Like Purple. We've taken the Blueberry and Blackcurrant from JAM and added them in with a whole bunch of Grape along with the brewing process of Tastes Like Purple.

The colour of this naughty little number pours a deep and seductive shade of purple, that will draw your gaze from far across the (tap)room. From first pour aromas of blueberry pie and grape zappos erupt from the glass. Taking a sip you will immediately be taken on a Wonka like journey of blueberry and grape immersion. Bursting flavours of grape hubba bubba and purple nerds candy come through in tart and juicy waves. Vanilla and lactose add another element of silky.
