"A rich wheatwine aged in tawny, ruby and white port wine barrels. Created in collaboration with Bavarian State Brewery Weihenstephan.
Appearance: Bright deep red with an off-white head.
Nose: An intricate, sweet aroma with notes of fortified wine, vanilla and brûléed sugar, as well as hints of banana bread and dried apricots.
Taste: Malty and rich, with the toasted wheat flavours providing a nice foundation for the vinous barrel character. Suggestions of floral hops, bananas, warming spices and honey emerge as the beer warms." - Pohjala
