"Chavin Zero Sauvignon Blanc – a French wine made from alcohol – is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with no added flavorings , dealcoholized by gentle vacuum distillation at low temperature. This process preserves the wine's aromatic integrity while offering a healthy and modern alternative.

Its bright pale yellow color announces great freshness. On the nose, the wine reveals typical herbaceous aromas (blackcurrant leaves, boxwood), associated with floral notes of acacia and elderflower , and a fruity touch of citrus and exotic fruits .

On the palate, the attack is crisp, lively, and taut , with a lovely natural acidity and a mouthwatering finish. With only 2.5 g of sugar per 100 ml (10 kcal), it is six times lower in calories than a classic white wine, while retaining remarkable aromatic richness." -Pierre Chavin
