Nose: Cocoa, Dark Chocolate, Charred Oak and burnt Toffee, Rum soaked Raisins, Cinnamon, Almonds, Sweet spice and Christmas Cake

Palate: Sweet spice, cinnamon, stewed dark fruits, burnt toffee, maple syrup, caramel and shaved almonds and fruit cake.
