"Fragrant & Refreshing, with a red fruit profile of strawberry & hibiscus, zesty blood-orange, thyme and a textural finish.
Grown by Gerard & Lucy on the slopes of the Mt Camel range, near Colbinabbin in Heathcote. This is the same Shiraz that we use for our Syrah, only picked early for the acidity required to produce Rosé. Hand picked fruit was stomped and pressed whole-bunch to a 1000L permeable tank for wild fermentation where it matured on full-lees for 8 months. Bottled, sealed, and labelled on site. Minimal sulphur was added at bottling." -Muto
