To brew a beer with the hottest brewery in Australia, Mountain Culture, our long time friends and gold standard importer, Forward Hops, and perhaps the most renowned adjunct heavy barrel focussed brewery on the planet, Bottle Logic, is simply, amazing.
The process of designing this beer was fascinating and huge kudos goes to the Bottle Logic team, who were an open book in discussing their favourite adjuncts and their preferred methods for introducing them (and in what amounts) to their beers. The result is a huge stout that has been completely saturated with three of Bottle Logic’s all time favourite adjuncts in coconut, coffee and cinnamon." - Carwyn Cellars
"How do you even begin to describe a beer as special as this? A beer that, during recipe formulation with our friends Wes and Stephen from Bottle Logic, we very quickly realised was going to be the thickest, sweetest, creamiest stout we've ever produced. By a long shot.
Using twice as many adjuncts than our regular stouts, we had to source specialised equipment in order to fit them in the beer.
A whole pallet full of shaved coconut, freshly roasted coffee beans and cinnamon have been added to a rich, dark malt stout base that meld together for a syrupy, velvety and decadent finish." -Mountain Culture
