Imperial Pastry Stout finished on coconut, cinnamon & freshly roasted Honduran & Peruvian coffee beans.

"How do you begin to describe a beer as special as this? A beer that, during recipe formulation with our friends Wes and Stephen from Bottle Logic, we very quickly realised was going to be the thickest, sweetest, creamiest stout we've ever produced. By a long shot.

Using twice as many adjuncts than our regular stouts, we had to source specialised equipment in order to fit them in the beer.

A whole pallet full of shaved coconut, freshly roasted coffee beans and cinnamon have been added to a rich, dark malt stout base that meld together for a syrupy, velvety and decadent finish." -Mountain Culture

Imperial Pastry Stout with Tahitian vanilla bean, freshly roasted pistachios & a hint of creme brulee.

"When we released our first collaboration with Bottle Logic in 2023, we claimed that it was our thickest, creamiest and sweetest stout to date.

That was true.

Until now.

Once again, we called on Wes and Stephen and together we worked on a recipe that would raise the bar.

For Vol 2, we've added a whole pallet of pistachios (hand roasted by the brewers!), fresh vanilla bean and crème brûlée to a rich, dark malt stout base for a luxuriously big, warming stout." -Mountain Culture
