"At hop harvest in the Yakima Valley, we were introduced to and enamoured by a new state-of-the-art hop product - Frozen Fresh Hops. So we decided to order a whole frozen shipment container worth in order to be the first brewery in the Southern Hemisphere to brew with them as part of a special dual release with our great mates at Balter! Elsa showcases Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe frozen whole hop cones on a creamy, soft New England IPA base, providing a brighter, sharper and accentuated flavour profile of freshly picked berries, mango, peach and grapefruit. This beer was brewed alongside Anna, a West Coast-style IPA, brewed with the same hops. While these beers showcase the exciting future of hops products, they also reinforce our need to stop letting DJ name such important beers!" -Mountain Culture
