Mountain Culture x Rocky Ridge - 'Rocky Mountain High' Hazy IPA

"Some collaborations feel like you’re keeping an exciting secret from the world while our brewers and designers are busy making it all come together. This Hazy IPA with Rocky Ridge felt exactly like that.

Our friendship with Hamish and the Rocky Ridge crew goes all the way back to when we were still sandblasting the multicoloured walls of the Katoomba Brewpub. DJ first met Hamish on a trip to Busselton in WA, and they instantly clicked thanks to their dry sense of humour and love of quality beer. Little did they know Mountain Culture and Rocky Ridge would continue to bond over the years through the shared stress of running independent breweries and a genuine love of constantly poking fun at ourselves.

Rocky Mountain High takes our signature hazy base and overloads it with our favourite hops, including Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, from our respective standout IPAs. But the fun doesn’t stop there. The crew from Rocky Ridge suggested we take the juicy qualities of passionfruit and peach to the next level with the addition of fruit terpenes, which are balanced by a slightly lighter malt body and a super-crushable ABV." - Mountain Culture
