"For our 400th, we’ve taken our favourite learnings from the previous 399 beers we have brewed and applied these to celebrate number 400. In the whirlpool we have used Saaz just as we did for our collaboration with Outer Range brewing, Verandah Views. Combined with Simcoe in the kettle, this adds complexity the beer and creates the perfect base to load this hazy with a new dry hop combination for us in Citra, Cashmere and Riwaka showcasing an explosion of pink grapefruit, melon and sticky passionfruit flavours carried by smooth mouthfeel.
