Millon - The Impressionist Rose 750ml

"This small parcel of Single Vineyard Eden Valley Rose was made from Pinot noir grapes. The fruit was pressed directly on skins within two hours of harvesting to achieve the pale pink colour. It was then cold settled for 48 hours. Fermenting at cool temperatures with a small number of solids. The wine was fermented dry, filtered and bottled.

We've crafted a Pinot Noir Rosé that strikes a balance between delicacy and intensity, embodying the subtleties of floral notes with an alluring hint of creaminess.
