"The Triangle Block Vineyard lies on the boundary of the Stone Well and Seppeltsfield sub-regions. It has a gentle northerly aspect and is coloured terracotta red by the distinct, iron-rich soils over clay found in parts of the western ridge and northern Barossa.
For wine nerds like me: a warm and dry winter of 2014 brought on an early growing season. Average summer temperatures followed and the triangle block was hand-picked on 9 February. All destemmed and fermented in a combination of closed puncheons and open fermenters. Matured for 21 months in French Oak (12% new), unfiltered." -Michael Hall
