"A vibrant, medium-bodied Syrah with juicy red fruit at its core, layered with fine lines and detail.
Two vineyards contribute to this blend. The main parcel hails from a warmer slope on the Freemans Vineyard in Prunevale, Hilltops. This fruit sees a gentle fermentation and matures in ceramic, preserving the vivid berry roulade profile and keeping the palate fresh and fruit-forward.
The remaining 20% comes from a few select barrels from the beautiful Poachers Vineyard in Murrumbateman. These barrels bring finesse and spice—subtle layers that add intrigue and length, supporting the seductive fruit at the wine’s core." - Mada
