Carnevale 2020
Saison | 8.0% | 750ml
Brewed in celebration of Lent and Easter season, Carnevale is light bodied Saison, using Brettanomyces along with Amarillo and Simcoe hops to generate flavor and depth. Carnevale’s complexity grows with time. The citrus notes tend to wane and the wild yeast rears its wonderfully tasting head.

Sinner's Blend 2019
BBA Imperial Stout | 13.7% | 750ml
Barrel-aged imperial stout with Ecuadorian coffee, cacao, and Mexican-chocolate inspired spices.
Our 2019 Sinner's Blend was created with one goal in mind: collaborate with you, our Patron Sinners and Saints, and product something special for our club.
Beginning with an imperial stout, aged in bourbon barrels, we took your input and scoured the globe to find the best ingredients available. We sourced cacao, coffee roasted with our friends at Dark Horse, all from Ecuador. Then for fun, inspired by Mexican Chocolate, we added some chilis to the mix.

Agave Maria Reserva
Tequila BA Strong Ale | 14.0% | 750ml
Spending close to 4 years in freshly emptied tequila barrels, Agave Maria Reserva is finally ready to debut. Pouring rich mahogany, Maria begins with aromas of cocoa powder and caramel, with initial flavors of oak and slight sweetness of agave nectar. Agave Maria Reserva finishes off smooth with just a gentle spice as any good tequila should.

Ghosts In The Forest With Guava

There's an aura of mystery that occurs when we close the doors to our barrel room. No one can say for sure what happens each night but it's obvious there are spirits [ghosts if you will] working their magic. We're not sure how many inhabit our oak forest. At present there are five large foeders and more than 1200 oak barrels for them to hide in, around, and behind.
To this day, no one has managed to see one during the day but our night time brewers hear whispers and the sensation of unnerving drafts of wind arriving out of thin air. It's as if the ghosts want to be seen or at a minimum acknowledged. After 11 years, we felt it was time to give them their due.

Framboise de Amorosa
BA Fruited Wild Ale | 8.5% | 375ml
Framboise de Amorosa is our first foray into the world of raspberry beers. It begins as Lost and Found ale and is sent into freshly emptied red wine barrels. The beer spends over a year in the wood during which time it is spiked with three additions of raspberries.

Red Poppy
Fruited Flanders-style Brown Ale | 6.5% | 375ml
Red Poppy Ale is a veritable celebration of Sour Cherries in an explosion of aromas and tastes. Brewed from a brown ale base and aged in our oak barrels for over 12 months, this beer is not for the faint of heart.
