Long Point - Golden Ratio IIPA

"We are always searching for the Golden Ratio of hops to use in a big beer like this Double IPA. When putting together a hop forward recipe, we try make sure that the beer reflects the timeline and this double west coast IPA is a modern interpretation of the style. Clean and reasonably lean, we let the hops do the talking here. Massive aromas of overripe citrus, tangelo marmalade and berry jam are complemented by flavours of grapefruit and piny dankness. A firm, yet rounded bitterness helps round out a pleasurable drinking experience that belies the 8.5% ABV.

Malt: Pale, Naked Oats, Caradex, Caramunich 2
