A play on the constant mispronunciation of Gose (Go-zuh) we blended our Gose with Sans Liege winery delicious Rose. A little minerality from sea salt and an incredible pink hue mixes with notes of Watermelon, cucumber, and rose hips. Highly carbonated to give you a lovely champagne alternative for your Sunday Brunch.
