"Here’s to new friends! It’s not that the old ones aren’t fun, we just like to mix it up.
Organic Lansdowne pinot noir and Kuipto gewürztraminer. Hand picked 1 day apart. Co-carbonic macerated (think Beaujolais Nouveau) to become forever friends. Raspberry jube, lychee and rose petals on a bed of herbs. The perfect all day-aperitif ensued, served with a chill.*
Native yeast ferment, unfined, minimal filtering and sulphur.
