La Sirene - Petite Cerise 375ml

"The "parent" beer for the Petite Cerise - our Bière de Cerise - started brewing way back in 2016. This wild ale uses the solera method, where we take just a portion of the barrelled beer at a time, topping up what we remove with fresh beer and cherries.

For the Petite Cerise, we captured some of the cherries out of our most recent pull from the Bière de Cerise solera. These tart and vibrant European cherries were then added to a fresh brew of our easy-drinking and extra-hydrating Table Beer. We then second-fermented the beer on the cherries for a dry, fruity flavour and beautiful red colour.
