Our first release BEYOND PEACH, is a 6-year oak-ripened wild ale that sat on whole peaches & nectarines preserving the integrity of the fruit whilst unlocking all its beautiful character. This wild ale has gently developed over time allowing complex barrel and fruit character to layer and deepen along with our native resident microbes giving this beer a natural acidity that lifts the drinking experience and demands another peachy sip." - La Sirene
